VCS (Virtual Card Services) is a system that allows people to purchase goods and services online, over a safe and secure connection, with a credit card. This credit card portal has been used by Free.za.com since 2004.
VCS is automatically included in our FreeShop website package. All credit card transactions through your website will go into one business account, under EUPHORIA SOFTWARE, and will be split under the relevant client Terminal ID. The funds are then transferred into your bank account. EUPHORIA SOFTWARE does not take any percentage of your online sales.
We do deduct the bank and VCS transaction fees, which are calculated at 5.5% of your online sales.
We can add VCS to any of our website packages at a monthly cost of R142.50 per month. The transaction fee of 5.5% is made up of a 5% bank charge and 0.5% VCS fee.

If you have opted to use our VCS credit card portal,
"EUPHORIA SOFTWARE" will
appear on all credit card statements of your customers.

A charge back is a reversal or cancellation of a credit card transaction. |

| If there is a charge back on one of your online sales, the amount of the charge back will be deducted from your sales total before your sales are paid over to you.

| (Source Code means the whole website and all of its contents, from the coding to the graphics, this excludes any material supplied by you). |
a. When will i own my source code?
The package that you have chosen will determine whether or not you own your website’s source code. If you would like to own the source code, you can opt for this. Ask us to work out a separate quote on the total cost for your website. The benefit of this is that if you ever decide to move to another hosting company, you have access to your entire website and can move it to any server in the world.

b. Why don't I own the source code?
With all our packages, we give you your website to use for as long as you need,
remember we only charge you for the hosting, and this is the reason why you do
not own the website, as, we do all the work and thus the website is ours.
If you ever decide to leave us, we simply detach your website and store it, and
it is never to used again unless you ever sign up with us again.

| Euphoria Software does not charge you for the development of your website and therefore retains ownership of the source code. If you ever decide to leave us, we will detach your website and store it. Your website will never be used for someone else. |

All our debit orders are run on the 1st of the month (not in advance), unless the 1st falls on a weekend or a public holiday, then the debit order will run on the next working day.
